History background
Pawada Food Industries Sdn Bhd was incorporated on 18 July, 1991. A wholly Bumiputra-owned company based in Kuching, Sarawak. A far cry from those days, when we first delved our hands in foods manufacturing in 1986 with the help of only three workers. Today, Pawada Food Industries Sdn Bhd is managed and run by dedicated and dynamic team of professionals, specialised in their various fields, providing the necessary training and guidance to our staff.
Our Philosophy
Pawada is company driven by Quality Oriented Philosophy, with years of experience in food processing, in preparation for the high market demand. To be highly competitive, we have set up special in-house R&D division, thus steadily enhancing the tastes and quality of our product.
Our Vision
Definitely, we are not going to rest on our laurels, with lots more to be done in the future. We are in process of attaining:

Quality
We are an ISO 9002 Certified company since 1999, PAWADA products are stringently manufactured, conforming to the internationally acclaimed SIRIM MALAYSIAN STANDARD. Consistency in taste, quality and hygiene has been our priority. Currently we have 4 products certified by SIRIM BHD for achieving high quality standard, namely; Dark Soy Sauce, Chili Sauce, Tomato Sauce and Cordials Drink (5 Flavors). All PAWADA range of products carry HALAL Certifications an assurance of universal acceptability by customers.
Awards
Our commitment and adherence to Quality Management System have thus far won us two prestigious awards in 1997:
1. Y.A.B CHIEF MINISTER OF SARAWAK’s AWARD FOR EXCELLENCE in MANAGEMENT 1997 from YAB The Chief Minister of Sarawak on 29 October, 1997 and
2. INDUSTRY QUALITY EXCELLENCE AWARD 1997 FOR QUALITY MANAGEMENT from YAB The Prime Minister of Malaysia on 18 December, 1997.
